PROBLEM

Poor ventilation in kitchens
Cooking Smells
Poor efficiency in kitchens of co-living spaces
One study estimated that cooking with gas adds 25–33% to the week-averaged indoor NO2 concentrations during summer and 35–39% in winter.
Coming from different cultures and backgrounds it can be very hard for people to get used to each others cooking styles and cooking smells.
