Small loft-like apartment living room redesign

The client’s goal was to redesign the kitchen and living room while preserving key architectural elements. The kitchen was envisioned in darker tones, with an exposed concrete ceiling maintained to highlight the raw, industrial feel. In the living room, original brick elements were preserved to retain the space’s character and warmth.

Flooring features a mix of materials - tile in the kitchen and engineered wood in the living area, offering both functionality and comfort. Drywall walls were to be painted in either off-white or charcoal tones, with furniture selected to harmonize with the overall color scheme and enhance the modern, cohesive aesthetic.
